Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of Laverna. You must follow Discord's terms, community rules, and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Eligibility and authority

You must be permitted to use Discord and have the necessary authority before installing the app, changing server settings, converting media, or requesting moderation actions.

Permitted use

Use Laverna only for lawful server administration and legitimate personal or community purposes. Do not use it to violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, evade Discord controls, harass others, distribute malware, abuse infrastructure, or interfere with the service.

App behavior

Laverna provides copying and converting Discord emojis, stickers, and supported message media at a user's request. Automated output can be incomplete or incorrect; server managers remain responsible for reviewing settings, permissions, moderation decisions, and content.

Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may be changed, suspended, rate-limited, or discontinued to improve reliability, safety, or compliance. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Enforcement

Access may be restricted or terminated for abuse, security risk, legal requirements, Discord enforcement, or violation of these terms. Discord server managers may remove the app at any time.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLOOM and the app operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use or inability to use the service.
